By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
2. No Refund After Successful Delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or refunded once they have been delivered and accepted by the customer.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal fragrance preference
- Used or opened products
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking bottle
- The wrong item
You must:
- Record an unboxing video clearly showing the package condition.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send the video proof to:

Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.
If the claim is verified, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A partial or full refund (depending on the case)
4. Payment Issues
Since we use a manual payment confirmation system:
- Customers must upload a valid payment screenshot.
- Orders will only be processed after payment verification.
- If a payment is mistakenly made and no order is processed, customers must contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
Refunds (if approved) may take 3–7 working days depending on the payment method.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
