Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is successfully placed

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan

International shipping is not available at this time (subject to future updates)

3. Delivery Time

Major cities: 2–4 working days

Other cities/remote areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout

Any promotional or free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan

Please ensure availability to receive and pay for your order at the time of delivery

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched

Customers can track their shipment using the courier-provided tracking number

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned

Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
